sharp abdominal pain..

Every minute or less for the past 15-20 mins I kept getting this sharp pain in my lower abdomen on my left side and it would move to the whole bottom of my stomach and make my back hurt a little bit. I drink tons of water and I even tried laying on my side but, nothig helped. Most of the pain went away now its minimal to none but constant. Not sure what this is.. Any advice???

Some people don't get the tightening sensation. When I was induced in my first pregnancy i didn't feel my stomach tighten in the early stages of labor, it just hurt and there was a lot of pressure..
