short humerus and femur bones

I am 30 weeks and was told that I had to see a specialist because my babies arms and legs are measuring smaller than normal.  They gave me an ultrasound when I was about 26 weeks and thats when they first noticed it and told me to come back in a few weeks and I came back 3 weeks later and they said my baby was still behind.  I am 4ft 11 in and my husband is 5ft 10in and everyone in both our families are all short.  Should I be worried about seeing the specialist? My midwife said there is a good chance the baby is just genetically small because I'm small but theres also a chance she has some kind of dwarfism. I'm worried and scared. Please help

Hi I know you posted this a long time ago but I was wondering how everything turned out.  I am 30 weeks along and just found out the humerus and femur are a few weeks behind and I need to go see a specialist.  I hope you and your baby are happy and healthy.
