sleeping advice

I have 22 days left and really struggling to sleep at night. Im so uncomfortable, restless, continuously going to the toilet and just cannot sleep. on the other hand i can sleep all day peacefully with no pain no nothing. i dont need to always go to the toilet or anything. i sleep in exactly same positions but for some reason night time i just cannot sleep. if this was my 1st Bub or my other kids were older it wouldn't be an issue cause i would just get the rest while i can but with a 2yo and a 4yo its so hard. i find myself falling asleep and struggling to stay awake with them. is anyone having sleep problems like this or have any advice on how i can get my body clock back into the routine of sleeping at night??

The tylenol pm does help, but it takes a few hours to kick in for me, so try taking it about 2-3 hours before you plan to go to bed. Also, you may wake up feeling extra groggy all day, so don't have any big plans for the next day incase this happens to you too. Thirdly, my Dr said it was ok, just when I really need it. I have a sleeping disorder so I actually need it every night but I don't atually take it that often, esp bc I don't like how I wake up feeling. So I'd only take it for a night or two to get back on track. If it doesn't help or yo still find yourself falling asleep through the day, make sure your doors are locked and house is clean enough to where kids can't get hurt and into trouble. You can also leave a snack and sippy cups out and set your alarm for an hr or 2 and still keep your ears open as you sleep. I couldn't stat awake during the day to save my life and I'd take naps on the couch and put the gate up so they couldn't even leave the room. I'd get up every hour for as long as I could and if they were quiet for too long or cried, I'd shoot up off the couch to see what the issue was.

Thanks i will chat to my Dr about it and come to think of it i do drink alot of milk of a late arv/ night which probably isn't helping. i will try to cut back on it or just drink it earlier. As horrible as i feel i think Im gonna ask my partner to sleep on the lounge tonight so i can spread out more.

I have the same problem, I'm 6 wks, super tired and I can only sleep during the morning, so I put a movie on for my 3yo and 4yo and they let me sleep, then I nap again with them in the afternoon =)

Try no daytime napping, that'll help. My schedule is all messed up. I can sleep comfortably all day come bedtime I'm up all night. Cut back drinking close to bedtime. Switching the cycle back takes time. Hoping you get some zzzzz's tonight!
