So u woke up at 3am and I have been vomiting on and off ever since it is now 6pm I know its not sickness because I ache everywere and I have a headache along with hot and cold sweats. I tried getting a bath but my legs ached that much I couldnt get out again. I havent weaten anything all day because I just cant face it. I cant make it to thw doctors. Will it harm my baby if I havent eaten for a full day
