sudden sharp pains

so here's the story. i have symptoms of pregnancy and if i am, i will be 3-4 weeks along. early i know but i just have a feeling i am, along with nausea and fatigue. also bloating and cramping and changes 'down there'. so, if i am, i need some help. about 2 hours ago, my boyfriend and i had sex and afterwardsm he was laying on top of me and suddenly i got sharp pains in my lower abdomen. it really hurt to move, stand up, get dressed and cough. the pain is still there now but it isn't as bad as before.
there is no bleeding or anything else wrong that i am aware of.
please help! is this common? like did i pull a muscle? or is it serious?
thanks guys.

my AF is due to start at the end of this month, but never have i had pains like this. the cramping and bloating i've had for the last couple of days and not so much today (which is unlike me before my period), is not painful at all, just like pms symptoms. but the sharp abdominal pain was actually crippling to move. i dont know. thanks for your help :]

pre-pregnancy symptoms are almost identical to those before AF starts, it could be that your ovulating now as i get sharp pains from time to time during the period i am supposed to be ovulating.  When is AF due?  i would take a test when you miss AF and if it comes back negative i would speak to a doctor
