It depends on what you're eating. Fruits have a lot of natural sugar. I always read the labels on everything I buy for my family,looking out for whole grains and low sugar content. As long as you're not popping skittles all day or drinking large amounts of soda you should be fine. Just keep it healthy and you don't really have to worry too much about it.
