I have a pool in my backyard so I've been in almost every day for the past few weeks! It definitely helps with the back pains and hip pains I've been having. I'm due late June.

Definantly me, July 4th weekend my fiance and I go with his family to camp, BBQ and float down the river.

And I spend a ton of time at the gym pool, relieves the tension on my back a ton.
