is it safe taking materna, folic acid & iron tabs while pregnant? Please respond! Thanks!! Would like to know if anyone took or are taking all of them while being pregnant...... And is it safe taking materna while 4months pregnant? Now decided to take materna thats why i wanted to know if its to late.. Thanks
Always check with your doctor first to make sure you're taking the right levels. Personally I would just take a single prenatal vitamin that will have everything you need in one pill instead of several individual pills.
