Don't worry about it,  I started really showing around week 30, and I had no stretch marks,  and after that my belly started growing so fast, I got full of stretch marks

for some people they don't show for a reallyyyy long time. Im 23 weeks ill be 24 weeks on Sunday but ppl tell me im still not showing. Just as long as your not very under weight and your taking your vitamins the baby should be fine. if it's really bothering you you could always call your doctor
