upper back pain

Ok so at my work I usually am lifting big packages sometimes they are up to 50 some pounds, I'm used to it and I know how to lift them correctly. And I had no problems doing it, I also dealt with the small packages no heavier than 15 pounds still no problem. But today they sent me to the smaller department where I put small packages in bags and send them out on a belt. And yes it ***** because I like moving around and I am used to my job well not even ten mins of being there my upper back started killing me, and I can deal with pain so I just kept working and it got so bad it made me feel sick.. and it really sucked. But its my job and I can't sit down and take a break. So I just kept going, does anyone have any advice or ideas to give me to help me so my back doesnt hurt like this daily at work? Once I got home I used a heating pad, but my lower back started hurting. But I just need advice n ideas for when I'm actually working... Thank you.

You could try a belly band. Standing like that all  day it might help with your posture which will help with the back pain. But thats the only thing I can think may help..
