I've been trying mhy best to take mhy prenatal vitamins.. I've tried by they self wit food and wit out.. But it don't matter how I take em.. They always end up making meh vomiting.. It's starting to make meh really sick at times cuz it messes wit mhy  appetite.. Any advice?

Mine made me sick too so I take mine at different times of the day. It really helps me when I take them at night

prenatal vitamins made me sick. I tried brandy after brand and they all failed and still made me throw up, so my DR told me to take two flinstone vitamins a day and that's what I did for both my boys & they were perfect. Doing it this time around too. if all else fails and you don't take them just make sure you eat a balanced diet & you'll be fine.

The vitamins made me throw up too. So i stopped taking them and both my kids are healthy.

I ended up buying the gummy kind from walmart, a lot easier to take and work just the same as the kind doctor gave you

Have you tried taking different kinds? My sister in law had the same problem but she eventually found one that worked with her.

Try different kinds of prenatals. They have gummy kind now. If all else fails you can take two Flintstone vitamins and that will work too. I have a friend whose doctor told her to do that
