wasnt a mc!!!but i feel so ill!!! help

i had a scare last week finally got an appointmen t for scan and he said all is well! but this morning sickness is really getting me down i cant eat anything! and the smell of any meat makes me heave! i cant even be near my dogs! im tired all day and sick from the minute im getting up till i sleep!! i dont think i can do another 4 weeks of this!!! i tried ginger but its not doing anything!!!!! any other suggestions

Have you tried zofran! If nit get ur doctor to write you a prescription I hear its a WONDER drug!! Good luck!

there are some pills that may help, speak with your doctor. eat food rich in protein ie eggs and cheese, whole meal bread. keep eating and it should pass, nibble on what you can like oranges, apples, grapes. hunger makes it worse. as soon as you wake, before you even sit up in bed, eat a banana and slowly get up. sip on juice/ water if you feel ill. iv heard sour sweets/candies also help. it is only a few weeks but take every day as it comes, it will ease. :) as for smells, a few drops of lemon essential oils on a hankie for you to sniff if you can not get away from smells, ie your dogs in the same room. being ill usually means your baby is doing well and thriving off you :) xo

I can totally relate. Thats how bad i was for the first 14 weeks of my pregnancy. I couldnt handle any smell, i couldnt play with my cat, and all i could eat was soup and salad.  I never could eat meat through my whole pregnancy, my boyfriend had to shove it down my throat pretty much!! Lol.... Then i got the flu when I was 3 and half months along.. oh wow was that tragic!!!

im 8 weeks 2 days in so far and i cant eat anything my other half keeps tell me off and trying to force me to eat but its just not working!! i feel hungry but then when it comes to seeing the food oh dear its not good!!!! you poor thing getting flu i dont think i could deal with that!! so how far are you along? or have you had your little one!! i just get the feeling this pregnancy going to feel like forever!!!!! esp if the sickness doesnt ease up XX
