Hi I'm 17, its my first pregnancy. I am 12 weeks. I only way 110 though, I am normally a small person. I'm 5'5. I don't have a big appetite. Will this affect my baby? And if so what can I do to help?
Eating a healthy balanced diet is best... and yes make sure your taking your prenatals
You don't have to be shoving your face all the time lol unfortunately that's just the affect is has on a lot of us. As long as you're taking your prenatals and eating the right stuff (most of the time) you'll be fine. Your doctor will tell you if he has any concerns.
