I been feeling nuasea all day to day ..ive tried crackers ive tried a nap i tried eating and even forcing me to throw up but it wont go away ... today was hell at work !!  Cuase i wrk at  a clinic n i felt i was guna just puke on someone what can i do?? what helps ur nuasea?

Tums really i have tums ima pop one n i hope it works i havent ate all day today im not hungry but it would b nice to get this nasty feeling to go away for a lil .. n if all fails ill try to get something proscribed .. i didnt kno they did that for preggos

I have extreme nausea as well n had to be prescribed meds for it bc I wasn't able to eat. I take zofran or u can take tums

Ask your doctor to prescribe some phenogan ,it takes your nausea away ! It helps a lot.
