I wonder why they say talk to a fertility doctor--any general doctor should be able to answer this. Even a family doctor could tell you what to do. It's not like you have to go in person, you can give them a call and speak to a nurse in the office or ask them to ask your doctor.
well, i guess i can ask a private gyn abt it. than a fertility dr.so ya will keep tht suggection on mind. thnkx
ok, i asked to a drug store pharmacist, he told me to ask a fertility dr. (its still expensive to see the fertility dr ) but i guess i can ask other pharmasicit as well. hope i get some direction.
I agree with Clysta, though before you start taking them ask your doc if it's the right thing for you.
This is the info I found when I googled.
When do I take it (FertilityBlend for Women)?
Take 3 capsules daily, any time of day, but preferably split into 2 or 3 doses to spread out absorption. If taking vitamins or minerals on an empty stomach bothers you, take after meals. Some herbal practitoners recommend taking Vitex only during the latter half of the menstrual cycle; however, the studies we cite, regarding use of Vitex to reduce PMS and improve fertility, have all recommended taking Vitex on a continuous basis, throughout the menstrual cycle. You can start taking FertilityBlend any time during your cycle. It usually takes 2-3 months to show significant changes in hormone balance, but keep taking for up to a year, or until pregnancy is confirmed.
Honestly, I'm not too clear myself. Talk to your doctor and get their opinion. If you don't want to speak to them, call your pharmacist. You should always get a proper medical opinion before taking any medicine, be it herbs or prescription.
