From what I understand, any reading after ten minutes is inaccurate. Almost all tests will show a "ghost line" after ten minutes, whether they are positive or not.
That said...as Pam said, anything is possible. There are several women on this site who haven't tested positive until 16 DPO or more, and they were pregnant. I know the wait is torture...but there's not much you can do but wait. And wait, and wait. LOL. Something is sure to happen within the next week or so.
Please keep us updated, okay? Good luck!

Thanks, Pamela - I always appreciate an honest answer. Things have changed a bit in the last couple hours though to give me some renewed hope and I thought I'd share (just for the heck of it)
I still wasn't cramping and was just feeling like I was getting 'ickier' and my bbs were still getting sorer...so I pulled the test out of the trash and oh-so-very-lightly is the faintest of faint lines.
I also vividly remember the one day that I had morning sickness..before losing my little one and I am feeling that very feeling right now. I'll test again in the morning but am keeping my hopes up on this one. I hope it's not a mistake to do so!
Thank you again for your honest reply!
Unfortunately I do...but test again in a few days, ya never know! : ) Good luck!
I only tested once with 2nd morning urine. Do you still think it's unlikely? I was using some generic brand.....
Usually at 6-12DPO a sensitive HCG detecting HPT can pick up accurate results. If you are at 14-16DPO and it was negative twice, I would say it is unlikely that you are pregnant. But, anything is possible...if you want to know for sure, I would have a bloodtest done. Best of luck!!
