I hear you. I'm going to cut DDs food until she turns 30, I swear.
Gosh, if all of the worry could stop at pregnancy, birth, 1 year, etc. My children are older & let me tell you (not to be a downer) it never ends. My mother wisely told me that being a mom's for the rest of your life. I didn't really understand what she meant until my children were older (teens plus). I'll say one thing for my older children: they've distracted me from continual worry and stress over this pregnancy! Which is a good thing or bad one. Sometimes I don't even know how I sleep at night w/being a mom but for me it's kind of putting trust in a higher power (I hope this makes sense). Sorry to rant on - being a mom's hard work!
Oh, I always worry about something, but thanks.
My new one is PROM. I'm not at high risk or anything, but there's always something to worry about when your preg. Then, I'll probably start worry about pre-term labor, then the cord wapping around his neck, then SIDS, etc. Man ignorance is bliss. I spend way too much time online!
With my first preg, which unfortunately ended after a CVS, I had no idea about any of this scary stuff. It's hard to relax and enjoy!
Anyone else feel this way?

Congrats!! That is so great! You know, I never did find out my numbers because I just knew I would obsess over them and make the worst out of it! They told me I am within normal range so I left it at that! And never decided to have the amnio done. I don't think I would abort anyways so what was the use in having it done was my take on it.
I am so happy that your numbers are great!! On to have healthy and happy little babies!!!!!!!!!!
Yep. Thanks. I think there's one really rare type it doesn't catch, mosaic or something where there's not actually an extra chromosome. The doc said regular Downs, Trisomy 18, 13 and one other one of the most common five are ruled out.
I am so relieved! Now something else to worry about...
Yay!!!! So then that means they can tell for certains that there's no Downs with the amnio...? That is great! I am so happy for you!!!
What a great idea!! I think I will join you!!
Thanks. Man, that FISH test was worth every penny!
I'm going to celebrate with a big fat desert tonight.
Oh YAY and WOOOOOOO HOOOOOOO!! That is wonderful news!! I'm so glad the hard waiting is over!!
Congrats on the healthy baby!!
Congratulations! Relax and enjoy!
