I was due on Jan 15th. I decided at 32w to prime the oven and started having sex every night.. by 33w I was 5cm and 90% effaced. I ended up having my daughter at 36w. I swear by sex, *** (sperm) helps soften your cervix allowing baby to put more pressure on it and even help dilate. And orgasm helps start contractions! But it's something you needto do more then once.. also you can try nipple stimulation.
