Pregnancy Rhinitis?

I think I have pregnancy rhinitis, which is basically a fancy word for coughing, sneezing, drainage, eye/head pressure. I've taken 2 days off work to rest and drink liquids. It's not helping! I've been hacking for 3 months, but now it's just tacked on all the other symptoms. Plus, every time I cough I pee myself:( this is my 2nd child, I have an 8 month old. I also have narcolepsy so my symptoms aggravate that too. Ladies, how on earth am I gonna make it through a work day? Anyone know of something to relieve my cough/nose/head?

I had similar symptoms, but was diagnosed with an upper respiratory infection. I was out of work for a week not taking anything, just rest and fluids, but didn't start feeling better until my midwife told me it was safe to take Tylenol, Benadryl, and Sudafed (after the first trimester), the Sudafed is what finally gave me relief for work.

I was able to take mucinex dm, Tylenol, and benadryl when i had my sinus infection. Also, on claritin now. I would recommend going to the dr just to make sure that diagnosis is correct and to see what they recommend for you.
