Timing of O and AF

Hi, everyone.  As I've written on other posts, I have finally figured out when I'm O'ing & did so on the 20th of Nov.  I'm now 4 dpo. My only question is that I'm supposed to start AF on the 29th, but now fertilityfriend.com has moved my expected AF date to December. Do you think that's just cuz the luteal phase is normally 14 days?  It was odd to me cuz the past few months when I didn't know I was O'ing a week before AF, I still got AF a week later.  I guess I'll expect it next week, but won't consider it late till a week later?

After using the charting method from the book "Taking Charge of Your Fertility" (www.tcoyf.com) - fantastic book, I discovered I had a later ovulation date, but a short luteal phase. Took a vitamin supplement of B6 from the natural foods store and it worked!  My luteal phase lengthened. Coincidently or as a result, I became pregnant with our #2 baby! Good Luck.

AF should be around 12-14 days after o.  I don't think it is considered bad unless it is less than 10 but I'm not sure about what the cut off is.  If it is too short you have a lutteal phase defect.

best of luck to you.
