Pregnant after 50

My wife is 53 and hasn't had a period in 10 years, can she still become pregnant?

Even with a good reproductive endocrinologist, it would take a heck of a lot of hormones and a *lot* of luck to regenerate her uterine lining by now, so even with help and with donor eggs, she probably cannot become pregnant.  Certainly she cannot do so naturally or by accident.

As Brandywine said, she is post menopausal.  Her ovarian reserve is gone, so it is no longer possible to become pregnant naturally.

I doubt it she is post menopausal.
