Is anyone taking cranberry pills to help with uti's? If so, what brand are you taking?
A health food store like whole foods will have high quality cranberry caps and they do work wonders but make sure that the ingredients are nothing but cranberry. Many tinctures have alcohol in them.....
Also there is no formal testing of herbs and the FDA lists cranberry caps in pregnancy as "not advised"
Pure cranberry juice is safe though so you might want to start with that and see how it goes before trying the capsules.

Hello. Maybe your local GNC or vitamin store would be the best place for finding this info. I do know 100% pure cranberry juice and whole cranberries are very beneficial for UTIs. Organic cranberry juice is even better. If you are susceptable to UTIs, eating yogurt everyday is an excellent preventative measure. Good luck!
