Pregnancy with three sacs

I am pregnant after doing clomid with IUI. I had my first sono at 5 weeks and a gestational sac was present. At my recent 6 week sono, the sac had a fetal pole and heartbeat - however, there were two additional sacs!! I am freaking out!  I knew I had a chance for twins, but triplets?? I am not ready for this. The doctor said at least one of the additional sacs was "questionable" as the yolk sac was not really there and neither of the two had heartbeats. Has this happened before? I don't know what we'll do, we cannot afford three children and I don't know what to think....please help!!

Oh, I can so relate. I'm 44 had my first IVF with donor eggs and husband's sperm. They transfered 2, 5 day old embryo's. I really did not think this would work. I had first ultrasound yesterday and there are 2 gestational sacs! We are BLESSED, but it may take awhile to get use to the idea. I've had babies before and I know how much work one baby is. When is your next ultrasound?
