I even get heart burn from milk!  I'm 36 weeks.  Tea spoon of baking soda in a bit of water works really well.

Milk and tums are the only two things that seem to help me aside from eating smaller meals and avoiding eating within 3 hours of going to bed (which isn't easy!). I really thought I was going to make it through this pregnancy without getting it because it started in the 2nd trimester with my older two. I hit 36 weeks with this boy and it came on in full force.

Usually means the baby is gonna have a lot of hair. Try to cut acids out of your diet.
Like orange, apple, tomatos. Anything acidic will make yout get heartburn ive had heartburn since the second trimester. My son will probably have a lot of hair. And i cant wait to eat stuff with acid again that wont give me heartburn. (: hope that helps.

I would wake up with it in the middle of the night with my second and the only thing that helped me was apple cider vinegar with mother (Braggs Brand) and saltine crackers. Good luck!

Thanks!  I actually bought some yogurt too and it's actually helping out. Every one says my child will have a lot of hair.

I still get heartburn every night (I was due Tuesday) and I eat tums, and sleep propped up. Also I try not to eat after 7 pm, especially foods that trigger it.
