No more caffeine, and I am not sure how long you have been trying or your age but clomid worked for me.. I already have two boys but we wanted one more child so after we tried for 3 months on our own I went to the Doctor.. I told her that the last two times we were pregnant in the first month so I just knew something had to be wrong. I just turned 36 so I was getting a little anxious and I just told her to please get the ball rolling! I did clomid for one month and got pregnant that month! I just went in today for blood work to check the HCG level and have to go back on Wednesday to be sure it is doubling like it should..I pray it will be ok, now I am just wanting good news. So the moral of this story is to just ask your doc about clomid, then you take estradiol then a few days later take progesterone suppositories..I wish you the best of luck, don't lose faith, we did a lot of praying as well!
I would chart your basal body temperature. If you google it, there is tons of info on it. I would recommend not getting one of those digital thermometers that tells you your temp in 12 secs or less. Get a digital on that takes a little longer (around a minute or so). The temps are much more consistent and reliable.
charting your temps will help you identify when and if you are ovulating. It will help you understand your cycle. Best of luck to you!!
