I agree. My period is like clock work but when my husband deploys my first period is always a week or more late due to the stress of change...

Sometimes big life changes can mess up your menstrual cycle. It happens mostly due to stress, climate change, etc. It happened to me when I moved to a different country 12 years ago. I actually lost my period for 3 months and I wasn't feeling so well. I'm not saying that this is exactly what's happening to you but it could be. I would suggest that you keep testing. Some tests would not show right away because it's just too early and there is not enough hormones in your body. Try to determine your fertile period/ovulation, which normally happens 14 days before your next period. If you had sex around this time, you could be pregnant. It also all depends on your firm of contraception, if you used any. It's not clear to me what kind of pills you took... Good luck!
