Running

So I've just turned 36 and I'm pregnant. Can't believe my luck but I basically got pregnant the first month we tried!
Anyway, I want to keep running for as long as possible through my pregnancy. 4  before I conceived I completed a 60km ultramarathon and two months before that I did an Ironman, so I'm certainly not new to exercise.
Any other "older mums" out there that run? Any tips?
P.S. This is my first pregnancy

I have heard some dr's say to keep the heart rate below 140 or aerobic rather than anaerobic levels. I have also heard that you can work out at the intensity level that you were at prior to pregnancy. I for one love cross fit and plan on continuing until the belly gets in the way...but every body is different so you have to listen to yours. If you start cramping due to a work out then that may be a sign its to much..

Well I've been told that if you were exercising before you were pregnant its ok to keep exercising. Of course, I don't think you should run as much or as long as before but it wouldn't hurt to run a little bit. Btw I have 10 children. My youngest was born 8 weeks ago.
