cleaning supplies

I'm getting ready to move this week and I went to the new place to clean and get it ready. The kitchen was disgusting. I used a cleaner that I have used in the past and opened the doors and windows before I started. I ended up with a raging headache anyways. Before I was pregnant I never had an issue with cleaners! I decided to open the doors and stuff because I'm sure the fumes aren't good for the bean. Getting a headache from it was a switch for me. Is any one else finding themselves more sensitive to chemicals and cleaners? I have OCD, and only 7 1/2 weeks....this is going to be interesting to try to keep my cleaning obsession under control and finding cleansers that are safe yet get the job done. Natural corn-based cleaners are not an option since I'm allergic to corn.

Vinegar is a great alternative. White vinegar mixed with water. Lemon juice added in for soap scum I hear is another option.

Try vinegar. It cleans and deodorizes well. Also cleaning with vodka is a good, but expensive alternative.
