POPS

why does woman get it? how long does it last? is it common in pregnancys? will it effect my unborn son? why is it so ichy and easily can spread?

No...
PUPPS isn't like chicken pox... they will have no effect on your baby...
I have them right now as well.
They will go away usually within about 48 hours after you deliver.
