Is it normal to spot after having intercourse? And is it normal to have restless legs and arms only when I try to go to sleep at night?

It can be irritation of your cervix causing the spotting after sex. I would consult with your doctor about the spotting.  It could also be an indication you may need progesterone supplementation. Restless legs and arms are going to be worse when your trying to sleep.  I have heard that using a heating pad is helpful for this.  There is also a homeopathic option that may help but I am not sure if it is safe in pregnancy.

Yes its normal, my doctor says its because its more sensitive down there now. Your fine, just make sure its not alot to wear its like having to use a pad or tampon (of course no tampon) spotting is fine
