Ladies, you were both right. I took the supplement about an hour before bed. First of all I noticed I didn't get as dizzy as last time but by the time the symptoms hit I was already in bed reading so I just turned off the light and went to sleep. I woke up this morning feeling great. Thank you both for your messages. I'm really glad my doc caught the progesterone drop early and prescribed me the supplement. Looking forward for my next blood work to see if they work.
I take 4 shots a week, plus progesterone suppositories nightly, plus progesterone cream in the a.m and p.m. the first few times I felt the same as you described but also nauseous, head ache, and extream fatigue. It gets better over time as u our body gets use to it. I have found that taking the shots at night before bed makes the side effects much easier to endure. Good luck! It will be worth it.
Thank you for your suggestion Jessica. I'll try to take it before bed and sleep through the dizziness. Luckly last night I was fine after about 2 hrs, so by the time I wake up I should be over it.
I got dizzy from it too. Maybe you could ask for a lower dosage. I had to make sure and eat with it, that helped. I also took it at night so I slept through a lot of the sickness I felt, you could try that too.
