Stretch marks color change

About two days ago my stretch marks were red. I just took a shower and started to "examined" my body. lol and noticed that my stretch marks are a dark purple & brown color. I'm wondering if this is normal or if I should take urgent actions towards it.
I'm a first time mom so I don't really know.. Has this happened to any other moms or mom-to-be?
I'm 36w btw if that matters.

If you had a baby younger and one years later, how was pregnancy different?

Just curious if you had a much different time with pregnancy when you were older than if you had an early pregnancy and then a big gap.

It is absolutely normal. After baby comes they will eventually fade.

Ya just blood flow. Don't worry they pretty much always fade to a pale color that's closer to normal skin tone in the months after baby is born. I use coconut oil to calm any itching that may be present.
