contractions??

Hi im 35+4 and have loads of pressure just above my pubic bone im also getting tightning and little mild pain every 5-6 minutes could they b contractions r just braxton hicks ??

well thats abit dumb of them!! they should at least checke you but as its been quite a while maybe your just having strong braxton hicks which can be mistaken for early labour

Been on phone 2 hospital they said take paracetamol and call them bk if they get stronger or more regular.

If they are timetable and don't go away with rest and hydration head in.  Good luck

jump into a warm/hot shower and if they settle then they're just braxton hicks, if not then I would head off to the hospital just incase, sometimes braxton hicks can be mistaken for early labour as they can be regular, but its best to get checked out just incase as bub would still be considered pre-term if born now
