nipple scabs, skin tags, hand pain

These are unusual symptoms should I be worried?? Scabs on nipples began at almost four 1/2 mos. along, 100's of small bumps (skin tags) all over, and severe knuckle and wrist joint pain began in late 7th month.

Thanks

With my son, who's now 4, I had skin tags (probably at least 50) and over 100 raised freckle-like spots appear all over my abdomen and sides. After I delivered I went to a dermatologist, she told me while having so many was not common, it was harmelss and merely cosmetic. Apparently all your normal growth systems go into "hyperdrive" while pregnant, so if you are prone to these conditions they are more likely to show up.

I will tell you the dermatology visit(s) were not pleasant. Since there were so many spots instead of snipping them off they freeze them. It really stings when so many sites are being treated. The good news is that they don't come back... well, maybe not until the next pregnancy. So don't worry, think about your sweet little baby :)

Carpel (sp) tunnel syndrome is common is pg and often goes away afterward.  I've also read that skin tags can be a common side effect of pg.  I've had one but 100's would probably send me to the dr office.  You might have to have those removed.  I've never heard about scabs. Could it just be dry skin?
