Keep me in prayer...Very nervous

So I'm 36, i have a 3 yr old beautiful little girl and have had one ectopic pregnancy. I lost my left tube and was surprised and devastated in matter of hours. Now only 2 months later I found out I'm pregnant again... And now I'm unsure of my dates because my ghc levels are only in the 200's but they did double to the 400's the next day..  I'm bleeding brown but not a lot...just like last time. :-(:-( but so far no pain. It's never been easy to get pregnant, for whatever reason, but I've always wanted a family and now I've lost one child and fear the worst for my third. A Dr I saw thinks I'm miscarrying, but isn't sure. I don't know if some of the pressure I'm feeling is going to lead up to pain and turn out ectopic again. I'm around 5 wks i believe, same time frame as i was before. I'm afraid to breathe.. I'm afraid to follow up, I'm afraid to not follow up... so emotional. Are my dizzy/lightheaded feelings apart of a dying pregnancy or apart of the normalcy that's supposed to be felt? I don't even know anymore, I've forgotten... I'm lost and so sad. Please keep me in prayer

I appreciate you ladies, thank you so much. I know that I must follow up I'm just scared. But I know the consequences of If I were to rupture... Not saying I will, because gets to the great vibes and thoughts and prayers. I'm hopeful but just trying to be "aware". Thanks again

I've had one ectopic and the truth is we are at higher risk for another.  However this might be a normal pregnancy.  Ectopic pregnancies never survive and can be life threatening if they rupture.  So for the sake of your child and yourself please go for follow up. Keep checking until your HCG is gone or you have had a scan that shows a heartbeat in a pregnancy in a normal place.
I'm sorry if this pregnancy doesn't work out. I think often of the babies I've miscarried but there is nothing to do but look after yourself as best you can and hope to be lucky this time or the next. Sending positive hopes your way.

My first pregnancy I feared was eptopic as I am prone to cysts and I had alot of one sided pressure.  Everything turned out just fine! Sending positive vibes your way!

I'd found out by going to get an ultrasound and they couldn't find in my uterus and I had been in severe pain the weekend before. I thought something was wrong maybe a miscarriage but was horrified when I was admitted into the emergency room after the US, because they were going to do emergency surgery. My fiance was out of town at the time too so I was alone and it was all just a very bad combination. I'm sorry to hear your having pain. I know that there is some uncomfortable times due to the uterus growing or something like that but I can't even remember what's normal anymore. I wish you the very very best and huge hugs your way.

My prayers are with you, hope all goes well. I kw that for some of us is very difficult to get pregnant or maintain a full term pregnancy. Try to relax and stay positive,  stress and worries only make matters worst.

I'm sorry to hear what you going through. I know how you feel. I had a blighten ovum back in June. I just found out I'm pregnant and have been having pain on my left side. It's the same kind of pain I had when I miscarried. I worried that it may be etopic. The pain is off and on during the day. How did you find out that it was etopic?
