I'm so sorry for your loss. I know how difficult a time this can be.
Naseau is caused by hormones. In pregnancy these hormones are increasing (that's the best way I can think of to describe it) causing different symptoms for different women, nausea often being one of them.
With miscarriage, it's quite similar. Hormones are all over the place, and your body is going through all kinds of changes as it readjusts. It's not uncommon for women to continue to experience all sorts of symptoms, and some of them are pregnancy like.
This can happen at other times as well. For example, I know have tender breasts and sometimes even nausea in the time between ovulation and my period. This is fairly new.
It's all hormone driven. It is possible that your levels have not yet returned to 0, and even if they have, it can take some time for our bodies to return to normal. Again, I am so sorry for your loss and I wish you peace and healing.
