numbness of both hands

Hi, has anyone here experience numbness of both hands? If so what did you do? Thanks a lot

Yes me too! At least with my first child. From 4 months until I gave birth. Oh man, it was so painful. I used a carpel tunnel brace and iced my hands as much as possible. People scoffed when I told them it was pregnancy related, but it did go away.
I'm nearly 5 months now and haven't been plagued with the numbness yet. But if it occurs I'm going to try lemon water. It's a diarrhetic, so I'm hoping it will pull the extra water from my hands. Give it a shot, it can't hurt. Good luck, let me know if you try it

I lost feeling in many fingers.  It returned a few weeks post birth, but made the first month of diaper changes much more challenging!

I got a carpel tunnel splint and wear it at night.   It has helped a lot.
