I waited 4 weeks and it hurt so I waited 2 more but i had ripped pretty bad insode and out and really could of cared less to ever gave sex again (I think the hubby was scared too after seeing the process) Now with bby #2 I will wait the full six just cause I can! Lol
Everyone us different in there healing and I've had 4babies. My Dr has said 6 weeks is a guideline only and when you feel comfortable go ahead. You do not hemmorage 4 weeks after. To call people stupid because you do not agree is not only rude but very one sided.
I think saying people are stupid for wanting to be intimate with their partner is a bit much. I've never heard of anyone hemorrhaging from sex a month after the baby is born.
Yes....it did for me at least. Took about 9 weeks before I could with no pain. We did find other positions helped until our favorites stopped hurting.
You should wait the entire time the doctor says which is 6 weeks. The reason why they tell you to wait that long is because you can possibly hemorrhage and die. It's no joke! Oral sex is one thing but you should wait to have intercourse. People that can't wait, I'm sorry to say are stupid and playing with their lives for an orgasm. When you do start having sex again, it might be a little awkward at first but it becomes like normal again.
No I never waited more than 3 weeks. Just go slow the first time . If you have stitches it can be uncomphy in some positions.
I waited 5.5 weeks. It didn't hurt at all. However, I loved slow and sweet loving so i Claimed I was uncomfortable just to get what I wanted for awhile ;) I think about 8 weeks we reintroduced more vigorous sex and all was fine. Listen to your body!
