Has your doctor mentioned your blood pressure? Those symptoms could be preeclampsia, a very dangerous condition. It is toxic to you and the baby. I suggest not waiting for your appointment and calling your doctor right away to let them know how severe the swelling is. They will most likely have you come in right away or go to the ER.

You. are certainly retaining a lot of liquid...  unfortunately, drinking loads of water is the only healthy solution I can give u,  since no medication I know is allowed.  Mint tea is also really good... hope u get better! when r u due?

My girlfriend had really swollen feet/ankels towards the end. We called them 'Fswankle' Fat Swollen Ankels. I think it's quite common so don't panic. My girlfriend used to soak her feet in really icy cold water & it helped but I think you need to see the doc asap if you are that uncomfortable.
