Back ache...

I am 35+3. And I am starting to getting very uncomfortable. My back hurts from the time I get up til the time I go to bed. Im still working full time so it makes work very challenging. Any suggestions for relief to make it through the day?

That is completely normal (unfortunately) I am 38 weeks. I have back problems for years. I thought my back hurt early in pregnancy... Little did I know! Keep in mind your baby has shot up in weight and will continue to do so till birth. Warm baths, ice packs, heating pad, sleeping with strategically placed pillows, and sitting on one of the large medicine balls when your off work will give you some relief. Good luck!

I used icy hot roll on cream. it actually lasts a long time and you can use it while at work. It makes the back pain much better and it is under $10. I hope this helps. Good luck hun. trust me its all worth it when you hold them in your arms. Your on the last stretch mama. stay strong.

Thanx. Ice pack takes the edge off. But its all day now. Before it was after a days work. Warm baths have helped too. I just want my old body back. And to be able to move without grunting and groaning. Only a few more weeks.

Try taking a warm bath before bed and rubbing some icy hot on it. Tylenol is the only thing you can take. I know how you feel dont worry. Try this if not ask your doctor what you can do.
