Sit in a very warm bath but as marvettab said baby and body will be ready when they are ready....... Good luck ladies
Evening Primose Oil does not dialate you. It helps soften your cervix. Honestly, just do a lot of walking, sex amd squats.. but I came to realize that baby and body are going to be ready when they are ready...good luck mommies:)
Castor oil will not help you to dilate. If it works at all, it works to send your bowels into cramps as it is a laxitive, also can affect the babies bowels. Try walking sideways up and down stairs and being as mobile as possible. Maybe if you can manage try sex as sperm contains something to help soften the.cervix. also.orgasams can set off contractions which may lead intoba regular pattern.
