Hey! They're prescription and called Prenate Elite. My dr gave them to me and they help...along w/ a little cup of grape juice and 4 fiber pills a day.
Hmmm! I just tried to look it up, but it looks like most of the stool softener prenatals are prescription. It did say, though, to choose one with low iron, if constipation is an issue. Plus drink lots of water. Sorry I couldn't be more help.
