BFP, with line barely visable

hi everyone,  took pg test 5 days early, my af due date is jan 2, 2008. Came back positive, but the line was barely visable.  had a tubal reversal in 05. in 06 had 2 mc and 07 in july had ectopic preg which my left tube was removed. Doc told me not to try again, that i had a 60% chance of another ectopic preg. went to another doc and he said to go for it. now im afraid that it might be another ectopic or im mc because the line is so light. And all of a sudden im feeling dull pain on right side, it could be my nerves. my breast are still sore, but i dont see them getting any bigger. i was feeling naseated around cd21, as of today i really dont feel that way(should it have gotten stronger). any advice or other experiences would be appreicated. thanks

I agree with jifnif, contact your ob/gyn. ER doctors can seem a bit rushed and impersonal, while your ob/gyn may be a more accurate and reassuring resource for you. Good luck!

i believe that if you are spotting you should definitely call your dr.  i spotted w/ all my pregnancies and one ended up being ectopic.  i am not saying you are definitely miscarrying but your dr is the only one that can tell you that.  you will have to get some blood tests to see where your levels are.  best wishes.  :)

at first it looked like spotting, so i put on a pad, went to bed, started having af cramps about 4am, woke up to a light period with cramps, took pg test, it was not negative, i could see the secone line, but its less visable than the other 3 i took the day before. im pretty sure im miscarrying or maybe a chemical pregnancy. i dont know if i should still go to the emergency? what do i tell the docs(im pregnant and now im not)

Are you spotting, or is the bleeding substantial? I had occasional bouts of early pregnancy diarrhea with my youngest child,  so it may be a sign of your body adjusting to the pregnancy, not just of miscarriage. Good luck and best wishes for a healthy pregnancy and baby!

its POSITIVE, but now im bleeding with the same dull pain, i dont know if it could be implantation? who am i kidding, i believe im miscarrying. i have the same symptoms: hands sweating ( i heard that this could be a sign of mc), pain on right side and i dont know if this has anything to do with it, but the last 2 mc , first i had really bad constipation, then i had diarehha (even when i went to emergency room the last 2 times they asked if i had diarehha). forsure 2morrow i will go into the ER. thanks for all your input. in july when i had a ectopic i was so devestated, it took me awhile to get back to things. maybe its just not meant to be. im embarresed, my mil payed for the tubal reversal and i cant give her a grandkid (her only one),

Testing 5 days before your period is due might result in a very faint line because there is not that much HCG in your urine yet. Sore breasts are one of the early pregnancy symptoms but breast actually enlarge from the 5th or 6th week. Why don't you test again to see if this one comes out with a better line? HCG value must double every two days so that's very likely.
When you keep having pain, contact your doctor asap! Good luck and I really hope you're pregnant!
