Discharge

Discharge

I am about 11 weeks pregnant, everything seems very healthy thus far, but as I get a bit bigger and feel some stretching, I am also noticing a golden discharge which is increasing as the pregnancy progresses. Nothing pink, red, or brown is appearing, just a golden color with no odor or itch. My OB Nurse has simply told me to watch it for changes, but I want to know if anyone else has had this as a normal part of their pregnancy. I am already feeling little flutters in there (this is my third child). I just want some reassurance.

wow, I posted almost the same question on the maternal board.  When you say golden do you mean yellow?  I'm also 11 weeks today and have the same thing....
Did the OB make it sound like it was bad?

I am getting it checked out tomorrow, just to be sure it's nothing. I have had a similar discharge for weeks, but now it is just more noticeable. It isn't quite yellow, it's peachy/gold toned. It's definitely not pink or red, though. The OB nurse doesn't seem to think it is a problem, because I have no other symptoms that would indicate infection. I'll let you know what they say. We are guessing that it may just be from the extra hormone production. I have also had pretty constant morning sickness.

I just got back from the doctor's office...no infection. Apparently, apart from being a bit dehydrated, I am just fine and the baby is moving around, as happy as can be.
