Theta really no proven way to induce labor. There's some remedies that people try- walking, sex, bouncing on a yoga ball, eating pineapple, nipple stimulation. But as a nurse I can tell you babies come when they want. And definitely don't try castor oil- while it can give you some contractions, it also causes cramps, diarrhea and dehydration and does cross to the baby. How far along are you?
