Thanks everyone,  I started vomiting and that really panicked me. Got myself to the doctors,  every thing with blood pressure and urine was fine. We heard heartbeat and baby was fine. Doctor said as a result of congestion the pressure is causing the headache. I got a steroid nasal spray & can take parmocitol. It didn't leave me till the next day and I vomited twice after, but knowing baba was ok was the main relief. She gave me the rest of the week off, yesterday was like the hangover from yhe night before. I cut caffeine out about 6mts before coming pregnant  and was on holidays last week, ive slowly been introducing cola and well I do love chocolate, so that could have triggered and not helped me...All better now thank goodness xx

My nurse told me yesterday to do a tylenol and sudafed combo. I personally don't take anything and just deal with it. The only reason I told her about them is because she asked so that's what she recommended.

I also suffered from severe headaches about 15w as well. A little caffeine during pregnancy is totally fine so I also had either a small cup of coffee or tea to help the tylenol.
Lots of water is essential buy if you're still having morning sickness that can be tough. Just try to restas much as possible. This too shall pass.

I suffer from migraines so being unable to take my normal meds is challenging.  My doctor had me trial what worked so I take a baby Aspirin and Tylenol with a small amount of soda.  The combination with caffeine definitely helps.

You can check your blood pressure at most pharmacies if your appointment isn't for a few days.  If you're like me, you don't feel like going to the pharmacy :). I have a low grade headache every day.  Some if which can be from constipation too.  It get worse when I eat sweets or exercise too much.  If I get a migraine it is because of no coffee.  My dr told me I can have one coffee everyday if I want.  I will probably not do that the whole pregnancy, but sometimes we have to pick our battles.  Cold pack on the back of the neck, stretching, minimize eye strain ", deep concentrated breathing, water, and positive thinking all help too.  Hope you get some relief without missing too much work.  I know, it's hard.  Hang in there.

I had a really bad headache a few days ago and it lasted alllllllll freakin day. I was in so much pain I wanted to scream and cry. I pinterest home remedies and I will say I did find one that worked for me. I sat in the bathtub, soaked my hands and feet in really warm water and sat there with a bag of frozen peas on the back of my neck and within 15-20 mins I felt so much better. My headache was soo extreme I was willing to try anything lol

Have you cut out caffeine?  I get headaches if I don't have at least some caffeine each day.

How has your blood pressure been when you go to.the doctor? Drink a ridiculous amount of water and lay down to relax. I was told high blood pressure.gives headaches that don't go away with Tylenol and fluids. If that is the case you should see your doctor. It could be your body still adjusting to all the new hormones. I had terrible headaches in the first trimester... Hormones and no caffeine made me crazy! Hang in there. I hope you find some comfort and.ease the pain.
