Light spotting at 12 weeks 6 days

Yesterday I went to the restroom shocked to see some blood when in wiped. It's not enough to wear a pant liner and I feel OK. My nurse said it was normal and not to worry, especially because it's darker and could be old blood. Normal or not, this scares me! Should I relax or be concerned?

No need to worry. I spotted like you for 3 weeks AND had cramps. But all came out well and my boy is fine at 20wks/4d. The spotting is normal. It'll stop eventually.
