No fetus/heartbeat at 7weeks. what now???

My hcg levels didn't double in my last blood work. Diagnosis of blighted Ovum. I don't have symptoms of miscarriage any more as I did 1 week ago (cramps/bleeding). Am I suppose to just wait until it happens? what are the best options for me. I want to avoid a D&C. Any natural remedies to speed up a miscarriage. Please help. I work and I'm scared it'll happen outside my home.

I had a miscarriage last year no heart beat at 9w I couldn't wait it out I was too nervous and not knowing when  it was gonna happen was a embarrassment i didn't wanna go thru. I chose a d&c was quick n had lil pain after. Went for chk up and everything was fine. I'm now 10w 6d. Wishn U the best.

Sorry for your loss. Every body is different. It will all depend on the amount of tissue your body has built up and how fast your body lets it go. Ive had 4 miscarriages,3 natural. With my last, I started spotting Sat afternoon and gradually got heavier over the weekend. I was able to go to work on Monday, just packed a change of clothes and a few extra pads because I work as a nurse, on my feet for 12 hours. I never needed the clothes.

Your Dr can prescribe something for you. But your body knows how to do it. I lost mine at 8 weeks and had severe pain. It did believe happenwhen I was out. At a public bathroom. I started bleeding the night before and I just assumed it would be like a normal cycle. You bleed so much more and I personally had severe cramps with cold sweats. I felt like I was in mini labor. Whatever it maybe fir you, prepare yourself well. Good luck

I experienced this 2 yrs ago n i had to wait it out n let it happen naturally i began bleeding 1/1/13 n stopped by the end of Feb no D&C was offered b i kept going to dif hospitals that all told me the same thing let it happen naturally!  When the blood started it was horrible big clots little clots n alot of blood daily no pad can help i wore pose panties n kept a big towel down below! But amazingly not much pain just a few cramps! Good luck wit this i knw it *****

With my first  2 miscarriages they gave me a pill to induce it instead of a d&c. It can take up to a month to actually  miscarry
