What pre-preggo things are you missing?

I miss drinking!!  I always joke with dh, that if I knew my last drink was going to be my last drink, I would have made it a lot stronger.  I had to go the whole college football season without a single drink.  I've never done that before!!  Christmas has always been the family getting together, playing games and have some drinks.  I'll still get to be there and play along but it won't be the same.  And I'm sure I'll poop out way early!!  

I'm there with you on the sushi also. I love the stuff.  I've gotten to where I actually like salmon better raw than cooked.  

I haven't seen my who-ha in a while either.  :)

Okay, I'll take dry vodka martini UP X-tra dirty, BIG olives, mmmm... with seared ahi tuna (and a babysitter!)

Seared ahi tuna is my hubby's FAVORITE. Sometimes they call it Tuna Tataki and the lover (jerk) brings some home just to rub it in while I'm eating bananas. My favorite is yellowtail sashimi. YUM! We did find a sushi place near us that now has the Christina Plate (named it after me) which is a variety of rolls made especially for the preggo ones. I thought that was great!

I am not a drinker, or smoker, so I don't miss that at all....... in fact, i don't think i miss anything!! i think im gonna miss my preggo body afterwards!!! this is way cooler than I thought....

im having amazing nookie with dh, have an awesome rack!!!, cute belly and a great excuse to eat! my hair is shinnier...., my face cleared up, i feel my wormie moving ALL the time, man! this is so cool!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sushi, plum wine and Cosmos!  We went out for sushi Friday and Saturday this weekend. The tuna and rainbow rolls looked so good!  Hubby had some seared tuna on Saturday while I munched on a several different combinations of non-fish items. The new sesame spinach roll was delicious!

I miss my Starbucks... venti, vanilla latte...  extra hot with a nice foam and crema on top, maybe a dash of cinammon (a bit of aromatherapy on these dark cold December days). Better than morning sex in my book.

Ohhh... and a good sushi roll (especially around 1am) I even dreamt of sushi one night :)

I miss my Route 44 Diet Coke with lime slices and my pot of Starbucks in the mornings!!  I love my coffee!  I miss my clothes and high heels.  I love clothes and can't wait to tuck a shirt in and put on some spikey heels.  I miss raw cookie dough!!  And, I miss my sleep, not having heartburn 24/7 and being able to shave my legs without such a huge effort!

Ok, so I did sneak some cookie dough once, but it is on the no no list due to the raw eggs.  It's really on the no no list for everyone pregnant or not, but I'll take my chances when I'm not prego cause I love it!!

ok montie this is it, I freaked out a bit... but looked at the papa murphy ingredient list for cookie dough and it only uses dry pasturized eggs... so it looks like it was ok!!!  Sooooo I guess some of them use that like the pillsbury cookie dough I think... phewwww

Prosciutto, salami, gorgonzola, brie, taleggio, tiramisu and DRINKS of course! The prosciutto is definately the one I miss the most. I can't wait to have a fresh ciabatta bread with prosciutto! I think I'll have it ready for right after the delivery!

steph...  I know what you mean about dh... but mine accually told ( after I bugged him for an hour to tell me)   me his desire is less because of the weight gain in the middle... :(  he says he can't help it he just cant stay turned on...  :(  we only bd like once a week now...  but I just hope it will return to normal after the baby...

.....so that's why my hubby didn't argue for the first time EVER when I said I wanted the lights turned off. Why don't you make a game out of it and blindfold him....tell him to imagine you pre-preggo and then tease him a little (sorry for the TMI idea everyone....)

So only once a week now??? I'm laughing! My poor husband.  Didn't even get once a week before I got pregnant!!!  I told you all this was a miracle pregnancy.

Now, he freaks about it while pregnant.  Thinks he's invading little one's space!
