My RE always prescribes it. I can't recall but think it makes the blood less sticky, which is a desirable effect.
Has anyone had any success with IVF while breast feeding? There is a lot of mixed data on this topic.

Incidentally, I was directed to take a baby aspirin by my RE prior to IVF and several months into my pregnancy. Aspirin has a property that aids with infertility.
Yes I know someone who used it after a lont TTC period and it worked.
My RE had me take it as well during IVF. It is supposed to help prevent blod clots which is suspected of causing miscarriages. There isn't 100% proof, but my doc's theory was that it can't hurt.
I took one per day until the end of the first trimester.
I took one baby aspirin per day when I started my IVF cycle through my 6th week. As for the question about IVF and breastfeeding, my RE won't start a new cycle until I'm done breast feeding as the meds could be dangerous to the baby feeding.
I am also taking asprin, It was prescribed from the day of ET
